3 Coastal Houses for South Wexford

This project comprises three detached holiday homes at a beachside site in South Wexford. Accommodation is over three floors with bedrooms on the ground floor and living space on the first and attic storey.

The houses are elevated and accessed via an approach ramp. Externally, the first and attic storey are clad in diamond pattern natural slate referencing a local tradition imported to Wexford from the North of France.

The first floor living space is linked to the south-facing garden with an external stair.
